Good luck on the sale of your home "by owner". I own a for sale by owner service in Massachusetts and we use our blog to post new listings as you have. Nice job! One suggestion would be to edit the title of your post to include the city state and zip code, not just the street address. I don't really know where your home is located based upon your blog. My guess is in the South somewhere.... You might also want to find a regional for sale by owner service to help really advertise for you. Check http://www.fsbopublishers.org to see if there is one located near you. Again, good luck.
