Super Dave & Wonder Heidi - Our Plumbers and New Best Friends

We had a power team come out at 7pm on Wednesday night and after they magically pieced and soldered together various types of pipes to create a new temporary pipe, we spent the rest of the evening (from 9pm to 11pm) washing dishes and cleaning the dining room (i.e. temporary storage space) and kitchen. The inch of dirt that had become a mask for our ugly chipped white laminate countertop is finally gone, and the white Formica has never looked so pretty! Still not pretty enough to keep, though! After our daily visit to Lowe's tonight, we believe we have changed our minds on the color of our new countertops. Wanda at Lowe's is going to just love hearing from us again! :)
