Initial Demo Complete

Phase I demo is complete. All flooring has been removed down to the subfloor decking. Non-essential appliances removed. Now we wait for the gabineta guys to come out and measure and template everything for the new gabinetas and countertops. Then we'll start taking out the old gabinetas, and get the plumber and electrician out here. The electrician is going to have to replace the 240V service and move it to the new oven location. The plumbers...well, don't talk to me about that right now.
