My Darling Husband & Beautiful Birthday Surprises

My sweet husband went above and beyond to celebrate my 30th birthday last night! With so many of my friends being thrown surprise 30th birthdays this year, my poor hubby had a lot of competition. Although not a surprise party, the entire night was a surprise from one place to the next and so creative and perfect. My dear friends for the last 20 plus years, Christy & Ellen, and their fiance Chris and husband Zach (respectively) joined us for this special evening. We began with dinner at Bettola, a quaint Italian restaurant at Pepper Place. After a yummy meal there, we headed to Highland Park where Aaron had prepurchased tickets for the six of us to see the "Classics Under the Stars" performed by the Alabama Symphony. He thought of everything and had planned ahead having Christy pack a blanket, pillows for me and Elle (the preggos), bought birthday napkins, and a beautiful strawberry cake from Edgar's Bakery! He made my 30th birthday not only the best birthday ever but one of the most special days of my life, aside from our wedding night and the day James was born. I still ask myself daily how I could be so lucky to have such a wonderful, caring and loving husband! God has blessed me so greatly!
